gt333 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gt333", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to gt333.io and the legal entity operating the online betting and casino services accessible at that domain.

• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed and at gt333's discretion at any point during the account lifecycle.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the gt333 Services is restricted or prohibited by local law.

To create and maintain a gt333 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gt333 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and requires documentary proof of age during KYC verification.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must be the legal owner or authorised holder of the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds on the platform.

gt333 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device or code associated with your Account. gt333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

You must notify gt333 immediately via the support team at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your credentials have been compromised. gt333 will take immediate steps to secure the Account upon receipt of such notification.

You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person. Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder. gt333 monitors for unusual login patterns and reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where unauthorised or shared use is suspected.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information registered on your Account is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending verification.

gt333 may, at its discretion, apply limits to individual accounts with respect to maximum deposit amounts, maximum wager sizes, or maximum withdrawal amounts, particularly where such limits are applied pursuant to responsible gambling policies or regulatory obligations.

gt333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless gt333 has given prior written approval for an alternative withdrawal route. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and is applied uniformly to all Account holders.

All funds deposited to gt333 are held in segregated accounts and are not used for any operational purpose of the platform. Your real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any time subject to these Terms & Conditions, KYC verification requirements, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements that may restrict the withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

You may request voluntary closure of your gt333 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written closure request from the registered email address. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, gt333 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000.

gt333 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, immediately and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of account sharing, multiple account creation, or use by an underage individual;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Use of the platform in a manner that gt333 reasonably believes constitutes an attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, software errors, or pricing inefficiencies;
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.

Where gt333 closes an Account for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived directly from Bonus Funds are subject to forfeiture. Real-money balances not implicated in the breach may be returned at gt333's discretion following completion of the investigation period.

All sports bets placed on gt333 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, as published in the gt333 betting rules documentation accessible from within the sportsbook interface. In the event of any conflict between the general betting rules set out here and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not deemed accepted until the platform has confirmed acceptance and assigned a unique bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed by the platform, whether due to connectivity issues, odds movement, or system error, are void and any staked amount is returned to the Account balance.

Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. gt333 operates on a best-price or current-price basis depending on the market. Any bet placed at an odds value that is clearly erroneous due to system error, data feed failure, or human input error may be voided by gt333 regardless of whether the event outcome would have resulted in a winning bet.

Maximum Payout: gt333 reserves the right to impose maximum single-bet and maximum daily payout limits. These limits are published within the sportsbook interface and are subject to change at gt333's discretion. Any winnings that exceed the maximum payout limit will be reduced to the applicable maximum.

Event Cancellation & Postponement: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours from the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Account balances unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules for that market.

Cricket Markets: Given the platform's focus on cricket betting for Bangladeshi players, specific rules apply to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. These include rules regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, match abandonment, reduced-overs games, and player substitution markets. gt333's aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gt333 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gt333 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, content, or availability of the platform beyond those expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions remain in effect for the entire duration of your Account's active existence on the gt333 platform. gt333 may terminate your access to the platform and close your Account at any time, with or without cause, subject to the provisions of Section 5 (Account Closure) of this document.

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms & Conditions cease immediately. Any outstanding wagering obligations, pending withdrawal requests, and bonus wagering requirements will be resolved in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

Clauses that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 10, 11, 12, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect after the termination of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gt333 operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Any dispute arising between you and gt333 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation via the support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The language of all legal proceedings and correspondence shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
